Privacy Policy

This policy summarises what information is collected when you visit our website, how it is used, and what rights you have. For detailed information on the processing of personal data, please see our Privacy Notice (KVKK).

1. Scope

This is a courtesy translation. The authoritative version of this document is the Turkish one; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.

This policy applies only to this website. Third-party destinations accessible through the site (map service, social media accounts, etc.) are subject to their own privacy policies; our office is not responsible for their content or data practices.

2. Information collected

You do not need to provide any information simply to browse the site. Identifying information is collected only when you complete and submit the contact form, and only to the extent you provide it:

  • First and last name
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • The subject you select and your message text
  • Your IP address and submission time, for abuse detection

The site does NOT use analytics software, advertising pixels or social media tracking code. Your visit is not linked to any advertising network.

3. Use of information

The information you provide is used solely to assess your enquiry and to respond to you. This information is:

  • Never used for marketing or newsletters,
  • Never sold or rented to third parties,
  • Never subject to profiling or automated decision-making,
  • Seen only within the office, by those who need to know for the purposes of the work.

4. Retention and deletion

Contact enquiries are retained for a maximum of two years from their conclusion and are deleted at the end of that period. Where an engagement is established, case records are retained for the periods prescribed by the Attorneyship Law and related legislation. Transaction security records (IP, timestamp) are deleted after one year.

5. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form data is not stored on the site or in a database; it is delivered directly to the office mailbox. Server credentials are stored with restricted permissions.

No internet transmission is 100% secure. We recommend that highly confidential information be sent through secure channels agreed after an engagement is established, rather than through the contact form.

6. Children's privacy

The site is not directed at persons under the age of eighteen and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that such data has been submitted, we delete it without delay.
